I wouldn't recommend this place for any one. Especially the very very hot water provided for taking bath. Absolutely no view from the room. No separate sit out, it is common.And the food was too salty couldn't eat.Service was ok and rooms were spacious.

It's not a pet friendly place. They allow pets in rooms. The room and service were not good. There was a constant leakage in the flush. TV was not recharged. Overall it's not worth 5-6k a day. It is like a general oyo place.

I am a owner of a travel company based in Delhi (Great India Planner). If i share my views for this particular hotel (King Garden Mahabaleswar), then i will not recommend this hotel to anybody. I have booked a room for one of my guests for March 2024 for 2 nights. Asked there tariff on mail and Mr.Mubin (Sale Manager) shared rates also on my mail. I have shared those rates to my client and my client told me to confirm the booking on shared tariff. I have shared my confirmation to hotel same day. But after sending confirmation, one of a rude and arrogant sale manager of this hotel called me and informed me that we will not entertain those rates, you have to pay extra Rs.1000 on top of Rs.9699. I have requested him that after getting quote from you i have booked this for my guests, so now i can’t tell guest that hotel has increased their rates without any reason, its look unprofessional. Manager told me that if you are ready to pay extra then it’s OK, or else cancel this booking; we don’t want your booking. Instead of feeling sorry for giving wrong quote and trying to find some solution between guest, hotel and travel company , that Manager told me to cancel and cut the call on my face. I have called him again to talk but he didn't pick my calls. Heights of unprofessional-ism, arrogance, rudeness In short, if they can’t stand on their words even after written communication, then i won’t find these people trust worthy. I am quite sure that these types of people misbehave with their guests also.

One of the best experience staying with King Garden. Nice location, rooms and good food. behavior of staff is also good. Indoor games can added more value

We got opportunity to stay in this hotel during our family trip in dec 2023. Location: it's good. on way from panchgani to mahabaleshwar road. Initially had difficulty in locating the site, as it's bit interior ( 2 turns ) from main road. And sign board was missing. However the hotel has its rooftop garden where you can have few good views. Parking: it's ok, on visit day we saw 5-6 cars were parked. Staff : it's really good, very helpful. Food: great, our package included dinner and breakfast. Loved it. We were worried about 2 yr daughter, If she could eat it. But it was really good. Dinner and breakfast had buffet and food was nice in quality and taste ( mix of North, south and maharashtrian dishes) Activities: just took stroll in their garden which is nice and has sitting arrangement. Other activities we did not bother to look upon. Rooms : comfortable for 3 of us. Had running hot water in morning time. And all electrical points worked normally. Staff arranged for extra pillow.

Hotel seems under maintaince with very less activity available in preimises hotel should add more activity in hotel area for kids to time spend all indoor games should have proper facilities or dedicated room/area. room service was good every think was provided as per request. excluding hair dryer (hotel management should ensure mandatory facility should be provided according to climate or family stating with small kids Hotel is on nice location on the main road of panchgani/mahabelshwar road with all view point inreach of min 3km to max 13Km in range Hotel as very good catering service who provide Delicious food with diffrenent varties of food in breakfast/lunch/dinner which will meet you expecation and would cover maximum vartities of food They have very reasonable cost for driver/staff food which is very good Over all Hotel stay was nice with Good supporting Staff Managament and delecious food,worthit for taking room inculding food and services

Hotel rooms and premises were cleaned ...kitchen services needs to be improved and also make arrangement for hot water comfortable bucket mug washroom facilities for drivers
